2025 Midland Fair Sponsorship Request Form

The Midland Elementary PTO in Rye, NY invites you to support the Midland Fair by becoming an EVENT SPONSOR!

The Midland Fair has long been a time-honored tradition in our community and will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, from 11am - 3pm. Midland families and our surrounding neighbors look forward to this day each year.

Your generous financial or in-kind sponsorship will be used to help the PTO offset the cost of inflatables, games, crafts, food, prizes, and other goods and services we typically have at the fair. 

Our goal is to raise $20,000 through corporate and local business sponsorship and individual family donations.

Any excess profit made from the fair will be used exclusively to support the Midland Elementary PTO in Rye, NY.

Please consider sponsoring the event at one of the following levels outlined below. We look forward to a partnership and greatly appreciate your support.

The deadline to sponsor this year’s event and be listed on event signage is Friday, April 11th, 2025.

2025 SPONSORSHIP TIERS:

Kalua Pig $2500+

• • Sole signage at a designated Station of your choice
  • Company Name/Logo or Family Name printed on a shared signage poster display near the front of the school, leading up to and during the event
  • Company Name/Logo acknowledging sponsorship level, or Family Name listed in our weekly Midland Express Newsletter email, sent to Midland parents/guardians (database comprises over 900 emails). Recognition to occur weekly and extend 1 week beyond the date of the fair.
  • Company Name/Logo acknowledging sponsorship level, or Family Name listed on the Midland Elementary PTO website for 9 months. (www.midlandryepto.membershiptoolkit.com)
  • (4) VIP ticket packages
  • Option of a 2’x6’ Company table on the day of the fair

Huli Huli Chicken- $1000

• Company Name/Logo or Family Name printed on a shared signage poster display near the front of the school, leading up to and during the event
• Company Name/logo acknowledging sponsorship level, or Family Name listed in our weekly Midland Express Newsletter email, sent to Midland parents/guardians (database comprises over 900 emails). Recognition to occur weekly and extend 1 week beyond the date of the fair.

• Option of a 2’x6’ Company table on the day of the fair

Kui Lei- $500

• Company Name/Logo or Family Name printed on a shared signage poster display near the front of the school, leading up to and during the event
• Company Name/Logo acknowledging sponsorship level, or Family Name listed in our weekly Midland Express Newsletter email, sent to Midland parents/guardians (database comprises over 900 emails). Recognition to occur weekly and extend 1 week beyond the date of the fair.

Lilo and Stitch- $250

• Company Name/Logo acknowledging sponsorship level, or Family Name listed in our weekly Midland Express Newsletter email, sent to Midland parents/guardians (database comprises over 900 emails). Recognition to occur weekly and extend 1 week beyond the date of the fair.

Hula- $100

• Company Name/Logo acknowledging sponsorship level, or Family Name listed in our weekly Midland Express Newsletter email, sent to Midland parents/guardians (database comprises over 900 emails). Recognition to occur weekly and extend 1 week beyond the date of the fair.

*All in-kind donations will be acknowledged according to the outlined 2025 Midland Fair Sponsorship Tiers, based on the monetary value of the goods/services donated.
